Rights of People
1. LIFE – All have the freedom and right to live from their day of birth to the fullest extent possible. No person may be put to death against their will.
2. SPEECH – There shall be no restriction of speech, except where national security or security of specific persons might be threatened by certain information.
3. PRESS – All have the freedom and right to print, manufacture, or create in any other medium or form any textual documents or imagery, except where national security or security of specific persons might be threatened by certain information.
All have the right to copyright, that no other except for the original owner of any created works under the right of press may claim copyright. Works of any kind created under the right of press may be considered public domain after 25 years of the original creator’s death.
4. RELIGION – All have the freedom and right to declare themselves publicly and privately a part of any religious institution.
5. BELIEF – All have the freedom and right to declare themselves publicly or privately to believe in any sort of belief they wish to believe in.
6. PRIVACY, SEARCH, SEIZURE – The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
7. DUE PROCESS, EMINENT DOMAIN, DOUBLE JEOPARDY, SELF-INCRIMINATION – No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
8. TRIAL BY JURY – In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
9. CIVIL TRIAL BY JURY – In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
10. ETHNIC ORIGIN – No discrimination, be it political, social, genetic, or otherwise shall be made in the scope of daily living for any person classified by their genetic code as a human being. Peoples have a right to exist as they are from any country, culture, or phenotype variation.
11. SEXUAL ORIENTATION – All have the freedom and right to declare themselves publicly and privately heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual in sexual orientation. No discrimination, be it political, social, genetic, or otherwise shall be made in the scope of daily living for any person classified by their genetic code as a human being. Peoples have a right to exist as they are from any country, culture, or phenotype variation.
12. ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP ORIENTATION – All have the freedom and right to declare themselves publicly and privately monogamous, polyamorous, or otherwise. Marriage can be declared, along with the benefits entitled to marriage arrangement, by anyone. Marriage must be inclusive to at least two persons, and may be extended to any number of people more than two persons.
13. ARMS & PERSONAL DEFENSE – Citizens have the freedom and right to bear arms, and to maintain their security and defense.
14. PROPERTY – Citizens have the freedom and right to own the property they own. No intervention, be it by government, corporation, group, individual, environmental, or otherwise may take the ownership of another’s property or land without proper consent and arrangement.
15. GENDER – All have the freedom and right to come from and be within any gender category. No discrimination shall be made on the basis of gender in the scope of daily living. No discrimination, be it political, social, genetic, or otherwise shall be made in the scope of daily living for any person classified by their genetic code as a human being. Peoples have a right to exist as they are from any country, culture, or phenotype variation.
16. AGE – All persons may be considered to be adults at the age of 17 years. No rights granted to any individual under the previously stated rights shall be denied on the basis of age.
