Student Agreement

In being Scott Lee’s student I, upon payment, hereby agree…

1. The information being presented to me is purely for informational purposes only. There are no guarantees for results, especially not without my own personal action.

2. I agree to commit myself fully to Scott’s instruction and will agree to do the assigned exercises given to me to improve, and to accomplish my goals. I will not argue extensively or create various excuses for not completing my homework. I understand that I have created a schedule for Scott’s coursework to complete his one-on-one instructional program with competence.

3. I will appear on time to the lecture sessions of instructional time and will not reschedule unless absolutely necessary. I also understanding that upon attempting to reschedule it will be accepted on a case by case basis. After I begin the first session, I may not receive a refund if I decide to quit with Scott’s instructional sessions.

4. I do not hold Scott responsible for any actions I personally take that may affect me negatively. Scott cannot be held responsible for my being emotionally compromised, taking self destructive action against myself, or any other state which may not be beneficial.

5. I understand that beyond attending Scott’s instructional time, I am not required to purchase additional products or services once my instructional time has ended. By purchasing instructional time, I am not purchasing a membership, subscription, or reoccurring service of any kind.

6. In being Scott’s student, I also agree to not take on students of my own in a similar fashion and compete with Scott Lee’s services. I may only become an instructor if having first obtained permission and certification from Scott Lee.

7. I agree not to teach others the knowledge presented to me during Scott Lee’s lectures without full written consent.
